Hormones, Emotions and Just Whats Up

I will be the first to admit I am not the most emotional person. I never cry in movies. In fact I hardly ever cry at all. My sister on the other hand has been known to cry at commercials...I guess that just shows how different sisters can be :)
There is however one exception to my emotions..pregnancy.
I am in no way an over crier while pregnant but i do shed tears at awkward or unnecessary times. There are also appropriate times in which I cry but unfortunately i can't stop. Recently a friend I use to work at Wally Wold with was killed while serving our country. I heard the news at work today and I must admit it made it difficult to stay focused. Luckily I was in the baby room today and there sweet happy faces are a good cure :).
Brian was a great guy and so full of life. He use to greet me each shift we shared with a "hey beautiful" or "whats up smiley" he was a lot of fun to work with. He had a daughter who was 11 days younger than Lucas. I can only imagine the heartache Lucas would feel if he were to lose his dad. (see here i go crying again) The though of that happening to Lucas is more pain than I can even imagine handling. Brian was also more caring in many other ways. His wife and he had many foster kids and even adopted two of them. This poor family has lost a wonderful husband and father. To add even more heartbreak i discovered today that his wife is pregnant. The only comfort I can somewhat find in this is that I truly believe he is with that baby right now and is getting to know them before they come down to join the rest of his family.
Rest in Peace Brian and may you find Happiness on the other side.
